launched by Government of India. Established in February 2009, the UIDAI agency was established to own and operate the huge

officer of Jharkhand Government. The initial concept of Unique Identification Project was brought in picture by Planning
Commission as an initiative for providing identification to all the residents. It was not only considered to be used as an identification tool
for efficient welfare services but was also to be considered while effective monitoring of various schemes and programs under Government.
